Hotel Bellavista

Bellavista Hotel's best part is its staff. I enjoyed talking with the friendly staff to resolve any concerns. The decoration in the lobby is so chic. The view is spectacular, and the room is just in front of the lake and the volcano. The room was sparkling clean, and I loved their measures for a more sustainable stay with the water bottles and towels. I didn't use the pool and hot tub facilities, but you have to reserve them during check-in. Overall, a great stay in Puerto Varas.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They persisted with our very poor Spanish and helped us with a smile. The restaurant had an excellent menu with delicious meals. The view of the volcanoes from our room was spectacular.

The excellence begins with the efficient and friendly reception and continues with greetings and smiles of all the staff. The views from the bedrooms (and dining room) are spectacular and the location could not be better. The quality of the breakfast is generally good, with some outstanding bread, and other meals are of a very decent standard.

The view over the lake is simply stunning. The breakfast was good including the typical Puerto Varas "Kuchen". Wifi was fast and stable. Everything can be reached by foot.
